BIO INFORMATION FOR DR. RONNIE OWENS

He has preached in more than 850 revival meetings. Dr. Owens was saved, called to preach, and entered the pastorate at the age of 19. While pastoring in three states for 22 years he was listed for Four years in the Top Ten fastest growing churches in Kentucky . For 12 years Dr. Owens, while serving as Pastor, baptized an average of over 100 persons each year. Each of the Five churches he had Pastored grew in attendance and membership. The last Two churches grew from an average of 120 to over 850 and the other church grew from an average attendance of 140 to well over 600 with a High Attendance of 1,000 PLUS!!. Dr. Owens has also spoken on a daily and weekly radio program for Fifteen Years.

A native of Tennessee , he is married to the former Judy Burchett of Cumberland Gap , Tennessee . They have two children: Rhonda and her husband the Reverend Charles Goodman who reside in Manchester , Kentucky , and pastor the Macedonia Baptist Church . Sarah has graduated from High School and is currently employed at the Appalachian Regional Hospital in Middleboro, Kentucky . .Dr, & Mrs. Owens reside in Tazewell , Tennessee .

Dr. Owens was a school administrator for Seven years and was the youngest school administrator in the state of Tennessee . He holds the following degrees: B. A. M. A. and Ed. D.

After entering full time ministry, he returned to Clear Creek Bible College and the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary for further training.

Dr. Owens is founder and director of Camp Jubilee, Inc., a Bible Conference Center reaching children, youth and families from 38 states and 7 foreign countries. He has spoken at over 800 camps, campuses, conference and conventions. He averages more than 50 revivals a year with 15 – 20 of those being Area Wide Crusades. Dr. Owens is also co-founder of Harvest International Missions, reaching people in several nations by leading witnessing teams, personal witnessing and Crusades.
